Visalia stock saddle company d e walker saddle serial #ab37392-a. Condition is used. One owner saddle custom built in Sacramento, CA Visalia Stock Saddle Co. 1961/1962 for cowboy ranch use. This saddle had heavy use in years past but I took good care of it always. 1887-1892 Walker & Wade, SF Mark: “Walker & Wade, Makers, Visalia Cal” on cantle back. 1893 Walker & Wegener, SF Mark: Oval, “Visalia Stock Saddle, Walker & Wegener, Makers, San Francisco CA” on cantle back, no serial no. 1894 David E Walker, SF (sole proprietor immediately before death) Mark:. We got a saddle into the tack shop and were trying to match up the numbers but it just wasn't fitting. Couldn't figure it out. Called directly, the man was very nice on the phone and told us that the saddle had the wrong serial numbers for what it was (It was a barrel racing saddle and it was listed as an equitation saddle).
