Identify JTV 89 w/o Serial Number - posted in James Tyler Variax Guitars / Workbench HD: Hello. Ive found a JTV 89 that appears to be a US model but it has no serial number or stamp on the back of the headstock. Its blue, has the open Hipshot tuners and a chrome bridge (not black chrome). By the way i forgot to mention someone told me to connect my 300 the way you were trying to but the software looks for either the usb or a midi connection of some kind not the guitar directly.
