Hi, I am having problem for the last one month to run a software. It was working fine in my windows 10 (64 bit). Suddenly it stopped working and giving me the above msg. That software is running fine in other laptop ( windows 10). I did several things to solve such as reinstalled. Also followed the steps instructed in this link Still I could not solve this problem. Can anyone please help me to get rid of this problem?

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall in Compatibility Mode and check.

1. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties. 2. Select Compatibility Tab. 3. Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list. 4. Click OK and run the setup. 1. Which software are you trying to install? Ans: Profis Installation from Hilti 2. Did you make any changes to your computer prior to this issue? It was running totally fine previous night. Next morning when I opened my laptop and try to open the software, it showed that msg. I followed the steps you suggests.

The problem is still there. Please see the screenshot below what I am getting to run the program after uninstall and reinstall in Compatibility Mode. I tried the compatibility mode with different operating system.

Method 1: I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Profis Installation from Hilti from manufacturer website and check if that helps. Refer the link below. Repairing or removing programs. Method 2: If the issue persists run the program Profis Installation in Clean boot and check. Try clean boot to disable all non-Microsoft services consult the article called Clean Boot.
